How to remove credit card from EA Play payment?

I tried every method but EA still keeps my credit card information and there was no such option when purchasing! There is no information on the PAYMENT METHODS page, but when I click RENEW MEMBERSHIP...

I have cancelled my EA PLAY PRO but the credit card is still saved, so if I want to renew all my CC data is there. How to remove my CC data from there? My payment method settings is empty



If I click in "Renew membership" like in this image, it will reactivate and will charge my CC, how to remove from there?

If you're having troubles removing a payment method from your account, the live support team can take a look with you and be sure any payment methods have been fully removed- here on AHQ we don't have access to your account details to take a look.

    The "ACCOUNT SUPPORT" options are only opening my account settings. I can't find any option there to resolve my issue
