I accidentally purchased the PC subscription when I wanted the PS one

I was trying to get the EA Play subscription for PlayStation but somehow ended up getting the PC subscription. I would like to have this changed to PS as I do know play on my PC only on my PS4 console. I have attached a picture showing it is a PC Subscription. I have linked my PSN account to EA Play already. Please can this be changed or can I be refunded so that I can take the right subscription
