I accidentally purchased the PC subscription when I wanted the PS one

I was trying to get the EA Play subscription for PlayStation but somehow ended up getting the PC subscription. I would like to have this changed to PS as I do know play on my PC only on my PS4 consol...

    @EA_Barry I have tried that link and also tried other ways to start a chat with them but do not get the option at all
