    Hey @ItsJonesyy if you are unable to verify ownership of an EA account then our live support team will be unable to assist you in gaining access to or making any changes to an account.

    The best thing to do is to gather as much additional info as possible and speak with our support again. 

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

@EA_Darko I have already taken these steps. I can verify ownership. I have spoken to support over chat AND phone many times. I am being told it is physically impossible for them to remove the 'deleted' EA account (It shows as 'deleted' on their system, it doesnt even exist) from the account. This essentially renders all of my EA games useless, as I have said. Please suggest an alternative or provide contact details of someone who can actually help. Thanks

Hey @ItsJonesyy if our live support team has advised that they cannot assist then there is nothing that we can do to change this on AHQ.

    @EA_Darko I know there is nothing you can do, which is why I am asking for alternative routes to get where someone can do something, do you understand?
