I am unable to play any EA Play games with my PC Game Pass subscription

I purchased a PC Game Pass subscription today and then tried to install a few EA games.  Every game I select takes me to the EA app which then shows those games only available for purchase.  I do have an existing EA account with many games.

I tried contacting EA support but they have engineered the entire support process to divert you from ever communicating with a real person in their support team, even to the point of having an AI drone that's about as useful as a fart in a spacesuit.

Look, EA made 7 billion dollars in 2023.

Valve made 5 billion and still puts the customer first, always.  EA, if you can't sort out the simple stuff, you are destined to failure no matter the size of your franchises.  Valve is one of the few companies in this world who do not have wealth atrophy.  They ALWAYS take care of their end users, no matter what, and that is why Amazon, EA and Epic stores will all go away in time, because with Valve it's not about the bottom line. WE WANT SUPPORT.

Valve: Your account has been hacked?  SEND OUT THE NINJAS! 

EA: We don't want to talk to you, ever.  Eff you.

I just want to play Game Pass games on my computer.  Why is it so **bleep** hard?
