I can not link my PS account to play my game i just purchased

I just bought 1 of your games it will not connect your servers when I try to hit reset password it says my ps account is linked to another ea account

Could you please confirm which game you're referring to? Also, if the PSN account is linked to another EA account and you're not aware of which account it is, you can contact EA Help Support for further assistance in finding the correct account.
