I can't access most of games from EA Play through Steam.
As the title said, I don't have access to the most of library enabled by EA Play on Steam. I can download every game on Steam, but I can't access any that launch EA app.
I tried communicating with EA support through live chat, but they didn't help me at all. It worked like a charm, before yesterday, when I bought it again, so I can play Fifa 22.
It's not a problem with my account, everything is synced up. I even re-connected my account to this EA account, and it was just a waste of time.
Is there any way, in which I can fix that, or it is a problem with EA app itself?
I'm including additional photos if they will help with anything.
Alright, so quick story short, I just ran trial of Fifa23, and everything is good now. I don't know how, but I needed to wait ~2days for EA app to finally recognize my purchase of EA Play.
Still, it's really weird that sometimes it just doesn't work magically. Maybe it was a problem from Steam?
