I can't pay for my EA PLAY PRO subscription.

Question

Hello. I'm trying to pay for my EA PLAY PRO subscription with a bank card. When I click "Confirm," I get the error "We couldn't verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment information and try again. You can also use a different credit card or payment method, or contact your card issuer or bank."
I should note that I'm from the Republic of Belarus and am trying to pay with a VISA BELARUSBANK card. That is, a Belarusian bank, not a Russian one.
The card is fine; I've used it on other international websites without any problems.
How can I resolve this error?
I contacted EA support three days ago, but I still haven't received a response.

Same thing here, my credit card is working perfectly for international purchases, seems like the issue is from thier side since it's happening to alot of people.

I wrote a request to EA support, but my request was closed twice without a single word of response.
