I have bought xbox game pass ultimate but havent recieved ea play subscription

I have bought the xbox game pass ultimate membership yesterday but haven't received the EA play membership which was supposed to be provided. It is showing me that i dont have the membership and have to buy it. I have tried customer care but can't even contact someone.
