I have EA Play Pro, but can't download any games

I have an active EA Play Pro subscription, but can't seem to download any games

I wanted to download EA FC 24, but when I visit its page there is no download button — and the same happens with any other games like FIFA 21 or FIFA 22, for example, which I played via EA Play Pro years ago.

I only see links to buy the game, add to cart etc.

I don't know what to do. Tried all sorts of things like reinstalling the app or clearing the cache and nothing worked.

Any help would be appreciated.
