I have EA Play subscription but Origin wants me to pay for it again

Every time I try to download Command and Conquer the ultimate collection, Origin wants me to pay for a service already included in my Xbox Game pass (PC+Xbox type). I have used EA play before and had...

Should anyone still be trying to figure this out, log out of the EA app.

Go to XBOX app (on PC) 

click download game (only be logged in on xbox) 

It will automatically load you in and start a download
