please ensure that your EA Account is linked to the correct Xbox account. You can check this here:
https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
You can also ensure that you're logged into the right EA account by logging into the EA app with the credentials of the Xbox account that you have the Game Pass on.

I have checked several times to make sure that it is the correct one. And still when I tried to play sims 3 on my pc it said to pay for EA play at 4.99 a month

Hi @AJordan3437,
could you please contact EA Support? They have access to your account and can tell you if the connection between the two is correct. From what you're saying, it really sounds like something is not working with the connection between the two accounts.
