I mistakenly bought an EA PLAY subscription

I mistakenly bought an EA PLAY subscription. I thought it would give me the opportunity to play FC24 for the whole year. But when I started downloading FC24 I saw that it would only give me access to the game for 10 hours.
I want to cancel the subscription and get my money back. And buy the game separately. What should I do?
P.S. I did not install and play FC24.
Once I realized I couldn't play after 10 hours of play. I aborted the installation.

    You can select EA Play as the product under the Game Support options, then I want a refund and you'll see the available contact options there.

    To get your membership cancelled, you can follow the steps listed out here in your account settings. 

    For a refund on this purchase, you'll want to contact the live support team so they can review your billing details and check your eligibility for a refund- you can get in contact with live support from the help site here so they can look into this further with you.

    hi , i have the same issue , but i dont see any contact below in the list and the live chat cannot use( i typed a word and press enter but nothing happen)
