I mistakenly purchased my Ea Play membership annually I request a refund.

I accidentally purchased the annual EA Play subscription instead of the monthly one. I would like to request a refund, but I have been unable to contact EA Support through any available methods.
Since I cannot reach support, I am posting here in the hopes of getting assistance with my request. Please let me know how I can proceed with the refund.
