EA play on PS5

I am trying to get ea play on my PS5 account to play ea fc 25, however every time I try to buy it it tells me that this product cannot be purchased right now but on my dads account he can buy it and the message doesn’t pop up. Our accounts are family accounts and my age in my account is 17 and I’m wondering whether it’s got to do with me not buying over 18. I have already spoken to PlayStation Support and they tell me that I cannot buy it on the PlayStation store because EA won’t let me access it because I’m under 18.
