Ea Play Rewards not given With Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscription

I have been subscribed to EA Play Via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for months now, and have been slowly regretting that decision. In EA FC 25, the FC News tab continues to advertise “Free Stuff With EA Play”, even though I have not got that free stuff yet.

My Xbox Account is perfectly linked up fine to my EA Account, and I have basically done everything that could be done. Opened a case file with EA Help, it said that there was no fix possible.

If I were you, I would be strongly against subscribing to EA Play thinking you will get your rewards easily, but that is most likely not going to be the case.

    You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option
