I need help my ea play hub is it working

When I go into EA play hub it says start and it says can’t find the application so I going to PlayStation Store and it says start so I’m confused about it so can you help me 🙂

    Hey @2ovj75bkcse1 I'd recommend doing a clean install of the EA Play app on your system.

Hey @2ovj75bkcse1 on which platform are you having this issue? Is it the PS4 or the PS5?

    Plus I can’t even delete it or install it
