I subscribed to EA

I subscribed to EA on Steam but the subscription doesn't show up in the EA program.

Thanks for the message! Just to make sure we're looking in the right place, could you let me know exactly where you're checking?

There are a couple of specific spots where the Steam EA Play subscription should show up on the EA side:

In the EA app (the desktop app), under your profile or account settings

At myaccount.ea.com, under “Subscriptions and Memberships”

If it’s not showing up in either of those, it might be a sync issue between Steam and EA. Let me know what you're seeing, and I’ll share some steps that might help. If you could pop up an image of what you're seeing, too, that would be great.
