Increasing Fee

Hello, after fee increasing decision, I want to cancel my membership for next year. My membership for EA Play Pro ends on 11 November 2024. If I cancel, will I be able to play until November or until...

    Hi @kaynamazoglu,

    If you currently have an annual membership, where you pay for the entire year, and you decide to cancel it/not auto-renew it, you will have access to the EA Play benefits up until your next billing cycle date (the date the current membership expires).

If there is "not auto-renew" option, I would like to choose it. Also, if my membership over today, will you pay me? :P

@kaynamazoglu, yeah, there definitely should be an option to not auto-renew your membership. Since it's about an EA Play Pro membership, which is only available via us directly & only for PC EA app, you should be able to manage it here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/subscription/index.
