is hype.games a legit reseller of prepaid EA Play subscriptions?

I wanted to know from anyone at EA Support if hype.games is an official partner/reseller.
from what i researched, the store is legit and LevelUp games are the owners(old and known publisher of online games/mmos in brazil)
but i really want an official confirmation
