Issue with EA play pro payments/membership

Hi,  I keep getting charged/billing attempts for an EA play pro annual subscription despite having paid for a monthly subscription, and I can also not remove the automatic monthly billing requests...

    To get this yearly membership cancelled and for help removing an older payment method from your EA account, you'll need to get in contact with the live support team as we don't have access to your account details here on the forums to investigate into this.
