I just spoke with several EA support reps who didn't know this forum existed or aren't trained to look here, because I just found the issue we struggled with for over an hour and a half in under 5 minutes. :\ Oh well, there is literally nothing I care about on EA Play rn anyway good thing I didn't consider actually paying for that garbage. Glad I'm not the only one. Should consider not paying those reps by the hour because most of your potential customers aren't waiting hours, lucky I'm patient. I'll wait and follow this thread, spread the work around. Stay away from EA
