Limited access to BF 2042 when purchasing EA Play on Steam

I bought a subscription to EA Play on Steam and now I can play battlefield 2042 only 10 hours, although the store says that access to this game is unlimited, I guess I was banned or I do not understand? Before that I played on PC Xbox Game Pass and there were no such problems.
