Solved

link playstation

So I linked my account to my PlayStation account, however whenever I go to the store page of an EA Play game it shows up that I am not subscribed to EA play.

Is there any way to fix this?

  • Hey @EicheBoot745125,

EA Play subscriptions are platform specific, so if you have a subscription for PlayStation, it won't carry over to PC and you'll need to get a new subscription there. They don't carry over between each other, even if they're all linked together.

  • EA Play subscriptions are platform specific. Linking your PlayStation account does not transfer the subscription to other platforms. Make sure your PSN is correctly linked in your EA account and that EA Play is active on the same PlayStation account. Re-linking the account or checking via the PlayStation Store can also help.
