Linking the Correct Account

Yeah I already opened up a case earlier and just trying to get this resolved quickly. I'm really confused on this and just the correct account linked.

Sorry for the double post. It seems like my case is waiting for me to respond, but they sent it to the wrong email, even though I specified the correct email to send it to.
