lost my skins on psn acc on ps4 to in ps5

i playing ps4 apex and have many skins , but login with ps5 and lost all my skins and charms , If you can not transfer the skins then why did you give me back 177 packs, 223,000 tokens and 1000 Apex coins?

    @NAFINOS To confirm do you see other items there such as in-game level, currencies, etc?

    Only some items have been deleted, deleted items: skins, charms and club I created

    I'm having the same issue, my battle pass is there, but none of my history, skins, weapon setups, etc.
