Missing Apex EA Play Rewards

I did not get my EA play member reward in APEX which is Golden Helm weapon charm & Luxurious Wheels weapon charm. Thanks (cm edit - updated title)

I had already connected with the steam. Also, i am keeping to join the EA play member, i didn't cancel my EA play member. Would you help me to get back my EA play member reward in APEX?

@onjpok For any missing rewards, you would need to contact live support. We are not able to grant content over the forums. 

You can reach them using the steps outlined in this guide: How to contact support

  • Select the game or EA App
  • Then select Platform
  • Manage my Account
  • Chose the appropriate option
