    We are unable to assist with missing items on Answers HQ, I would recommend sharing your purchase information for the EA Play subscription to see if they can look into any missing content further.

@Acruz48 To confirm are you playing the game on the same platform you have EA Play? If so I would recommend reaching out to an advisor for missing items on help.ea.com

@EA_Illium I did and they sent me here to get the attention of a community manager but no ones been able to help me or come up with a solution.
