    We are unable to assist with missing items on Answers HQ, I would recommend sharing your purchase information for the EA Play subscription to see if they can look into any missing content further.

I too was having the same issue. Tried obtaining help via their horribly broken support case system. Came here to see what my other options are. Please take a moment to view attached image to see for yourself how I fixed my problem.

At first I was only wanting my Apex charms.

If you're asking "why cancel over some charms" the answer is clear - hope you never need support for a bigger purchase where you don't get your item(s). I've spent my last dime on EA games.
