Missing Ea Play Packs Madden 24
I have Xbox Ultimate game pass and still haven't received my Ea Play packs for August or September. I've already been to Ea help they sent me here. Xbox series X

Exact same thing happening to me. XBox Live Ultimate and EA Customer Experience bounced me through 5 different people in a day. Most asked for information that was included in my original case and each was sorry and promised to help. None did. The last sent me to these forums.
XBox Live Ultimate member which includes EA Play. No August or September Madden 24 packs. This is something we’ve paid for as benefits of the subscription.
