I haven't received my EA Play rewards for EA FC 25. My account is linked with Playstation correctly and has been so for years. Contacting EA chat had no solution, only thing i was told is to make a post on forum so the promblem could be solved.

So it's the Draft token, Welcome pack and Clubs stuff. Couple of my friends have already received theirs days ago.
I bought it from Playstation Store and have confirmed the subscription is active.

I already did that yesterday and they said nothing can be done on their end and only way to fix this is to create a topic to this forum so it can be looked into. So which way is the correct one to get my rewards that i have paid for?

Same, I’m simply just going to cancel my subscription. It doesn’t even recognize that I have EA Play even though my PS account is linked and everything. This is the only EA game I play, so if it’s not doing anything for it im not wasting $6/mo.

I'm missing my fifa points, my clubs coins, my playstyle plus I haven't got any of my rewards and I bought ea play an hour ago
