Missing ea play xp rewards

Hello ea I bought ea play and didn’t get my rewards so please give me my rewards or atleast tell me something useful please just be a good company for once I opened 10 cases and none of them were even close to being helpful you keep telling me to wait and that you solved the problem but you didn’t do a single thing I say that everyone that had this glitch should get the rewards and a compensation don’t tell me to open another case because I know your not gonna help me with the cases I tried and talk to you in live chat but didn’t find it in the browser nor the website
