My account has been disabled
Hi I bought my EA PLAY membership for the first time like 2 days ago to play FIFA 20. I started downloading it, when it reached 6% my internet suddenly disconnected and when I was reconnected my account was locked and my ORIGIN LAUNCHER was not working properly. I signed in and signed out a couple of times but it did not work. Then I got an email that my account is disabled. I filed 2 cases regarding this problem but there has been no response from your(EA's) side. I didn't do something wrong my internet just disconnected and reconnected and my account got disabled. PLZ help me my EA PLAY membership days are being wasted for no reason...

- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
