My EA play subscription (PS4) is not recognized by the EA Play PC app

I Have the EA play yearly pass through the Playstation store (2nd yr). I decided to explore my options of the PC App. I DL'ed  and installed the app. I signed in and try to browse the EA play games and when I tried to access one of them it would prompt me to sign up for a monthly or yearly pass as if I did not have one already. from here I found no option to sign in to the EA play function or page to confirm my subscription. where seemed to be some other issues when trying to run EA play on other clients but for it not to be recognized by it's own app is fairly ridiculous. Please someone help if there is a remedy to the issue. Thanks in advance and hope to hear back soon.
