My friend on Xbox and I aren't able to play together on FIFA.

My friend is on Xbox one and I am on PC, we have each other added as friends on EA and we are still unable to play against each other in FIFA Ultimate team. We have tried unadding each other and it still doesn't work. If I go to my friends list I see him, but when I create a session for a friendly match he is not there. We both have cross-play enabled. Thanks.

    Unfortunately, Xbox One is not able to play against PC players. You can find out more on which platforms can play each other here. Thanks!

    My friend is on PC and I am on Xbox Series S but I am not able to find her in the game, we have added each other in the EA app, and we both have Xbox ultimate game pass. Please help.
