my games are missing

My games are missing. I tried to launch the FIFA 23 trial through EA Play today on Steam... It didn't turn on. So I logically thought: "I'll open it through Origin then" I restart Origin cuz it w...

    @99887788 Accidentally clicked on EA Play Console instead of EA Play PC when submitting this.

Sounds like the Origin account you are logged into is not the same one linked to your Steam account @99887788.


Best thing to do is to log out and try to log into any other EA account.

my problem is .when copying the game file from one drive to another drive it stops. then  the game doesnt show in the ea app and the id library . dosent show anymore

    Hey @jubaear7 it's most likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.

      Please can you work on your game database?? 10000 people have problem that their game libr. is empty... this isnt problem in their account (they have good acc and password). There is problem on your side. Please can you contact your IT and resolve it? I dont have games in my libr. too ....
