Need help with EA Play renewal
I'm having a major problem with my ea play annual membership renewal. My funding source is Pay Pal and when I was on Pay Pal cancelling a different automatic payment I apparently canceled EA by accident. I have since rectified this problem on Pay Pal but can't find any way to let EA know they need to try it again. So as of now my status shows as inactive or cancelled. I'm really hoping someone from EA monitors these threads and can help me correct this problem. By the way, this system is very very frustrating and extra hard to figure out at my age (70 years old). If it were possible to talk to someone in support via the phone this would only have taken a few minutes to correct. Please help! Brian
