I got an EA Play subscription via Xbox Game Pass for PC and I'm trying to install games but when I open the game pages on EA Desktop there is no download button on most of them. I was able to download TItanfall, but now I'm trying to download Titanfall 2 and there's no download button. The same happens with multiple other games.I've attached a screenshot of the Titanfall 2 page that clearly shows the game is "Included with your EA Play membership" but there is no way to download it.How can I get this fixed to be able to play games?

Hey all, this issue should be resolved now. If it is not working for you can you try exiting out and relaunching Origin. Darko

i have ea play i got it through game pass and I can no longer download any games through gamepass

Having the same issue except it's with all games, I can't download anything at all. Already tried uninstalling and re-installing. Hopefully this gets solved soon.

yeah i can see the games and redownload games that I've already downloaded but I cant download new games it shows no download button

Hey all, the team is aware that some users are having an issue downloading EA Play games from Gamepass on EA Desktop.

They are currently investigating and we will update you as soon as we have any additional info.

Thanks for the update. I appreciate the care and attention the team has been taking to solve these problems.

Hopefully, a patch will be imminent as we are all eagerly awaiting the ability to download our games through EA Play.

Hey all, this issue should be resolved now.

I have two friends that cant play games cause of this bug. I've been trying to look for fixes but none have fixed it including a reinstall or a admin launch. when can we expect it to be fixed?
