I've been trying for a week. It's not in my EA profile, and I can't do it via the ps4 system settings. I'm paying for EA Play AND ps plus and still can't play? This is ridiculous.

You should have the option to sign in to an EA account when launching an EA game from your Playstation, from then it should link up unless your PSN account is already linked to an EA account.

Nowhere on this screenshot does it say to link an account. And when I start any EA game, it says my credentials need to be updated. My psn is using the same email as my way account. So I tried updating my password. That didn't work either.
It might be best contacting An EA adviser for this issue then, they can look into your account and see if there are any issues and help fix it up.
