No XP points for FIFA from EA Play

For the last two months/seasons I haven’t received any xp points that my subscription should grant me. I’m on PS5 and this is really irking me to the point I’m considering getting refunded from Revol...

I went for a long talk with a EA employee just for them to say they are working on it. People told me the ea employees will just give you the xp but they didn’t for me and redirected me to this page. If nobody is going to help me I want a copensation like double the xp I didn’t receive.

@NOSIC4 We cannot double the XP you would get. Live Support has a process for those who don't get them. Sadly not something that happens over the forums. If they cannot or do not, they have a process for missing rewards that they follow or have the accounts escalated sue to how many other players have the same issue.
