Not getting EA access perks even though have Xbox Gamepass Ultimate

I did have both Xbox game pass ultimate and EA play subscription and both were fine but since they merged I’m missing out on EA play additional content for FIFA 21, is there an issue or do Xbox Ultimate users not get anything from EA play but games?

    Hmm, I see. When you have the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can bring up your account and take a look. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to look into missing content here on Answers HQ. 

    For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well, if you prefer.

  • Yeah I received the ea access kit and bonus code but ever since it went to EA play and then on to game pass I  haven’t received anything, seen on social media that people have been getting stuff. I have the game pass ultimate and my ea play combined with that

    It would be best to reach out to the EA Help team when you've got the chance so they can take a look at your account. The links in my previous post have more details on how you can set up a case with them.
