Paid for EA PlayPro 99.99/yr, still being charged monthly $35.99... why?

I paid for the EA Play Pro in full on 7/30/20 and on 7/31/20 and now again in August 2020 I'm getting $35.99 charge.

Is this normal for those paying for EA PlayPro?
