Paying twice for EA Play need refund on cancelled membership

Subscribed to EA Play not realizing I already had access through Xbox/PC ultimate game pass. I immediately cancelled my membership to EA Play but it still says I have access until 2025 and the paymen...

    Can you please explain how to chat with an EA Game Advisor? I’m not getting that option from the link you provided.

      Players can contact our live support team on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email.

      First, clear the browser history and cache from the main browser used so that no account is logged into the Help site.

      • Select the Games Support tab
      • Select EA App or EA account
      • Select See all help topics
      • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
      • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
      • Select Continue without logging in
      • This should give you the chat/email option
