    If it's showing as failed, but you were still charged, you'll need to contact your bank, as a failed charge means we've not received the funds for this purchase. Please reach out to your bank so they can investigate this further and see what's happened with this payment.

i have the same problem, money has been withdrawn from my card, my membership has not started yet

    Hello @beko88888 & @supremestone5 

    Please review the order history on your EA account- are you seeing the transaction there for EA Play showing as completed, failed, or pending?

      @EA_Solaire it seems to be unsuccessful, but the fee was charged, I wrote in support, but my support messages are closed without an answer
