@EA_Shepard in no way does the membership appear, 2 orders appear in the order history as cancelled, but pay was received from me

3 years ago@supremestone5 Gotcha, so if they show canceled on our end that means the transaction was not successful. Some financial institutions take payment as a temporary transaction and will return in a few business days. What you can do is contact live support and they can check our end to see if they can provide more info on why it was canceled. That I am afraid is not something we can do over the forums.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
