@turco1905 Hey, sorry to hear you had an issue with the renewal. For any account issues, subscriptions, renewals etc, this all has to go through live support. The forums are not set up for these types of issues. Community Managers are not able to assist players as we are separate from support. If there was an issue with the payment method, or the pricing was incorrect, support needs to look into this again for you.
