Please help me. I want to cancel my EA Play Membership

Hello, I just purchased my EA Play membership for 1 year, but I confused EA Play and EA Play Pro. I want to cancel my EA Play membership and get my money back, how can I do this?

    If you need to cancel your membership and look into your refund eligibility, you'll want to contact the live support team so they can review your account and billing information a bit further- here on AHQ, we don't have access to look into your account details.
