Please help me with my EA Play

I need help from someone at EA. I have a year subscription to EA Play on my PC, but my gaming PC broke about a month ago. I am now using a PS5, and my EA account is linked with this PlayStation account, but I don't seem to have EA Play on my PS5. Is there any way to transfer my EA Play onto the PlayStation? I still have about nine months left on my subscription because I stupidly bought the year-long plan, thinking it would be cheaper.
