Problem with online, EA FC

Message to EA Help:

Hi,

I'm trying to play EA SPORTS FC 25 online, but every time I try to access any online features, I get stuck on “Checking account status”, followed by “No offers available”, and then it kicks me out.

I've recently upgraded to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and I believe everything is active and working on my Xbox side. I’ve checked my connection, restarted my console, and even reinstalled the game — but the issue keeps happening.

Please can you help me resolve this? I just want to be able to play online. If it’s an account linking issue or something on the backend, I’d really appreciate your support in getting it sorted.
