Ps5 Ea play subscription

Hello i have problem.

I wana cancel my subscription on Ea play on ps 5.

I go to Account-Payment and Subscription-Subcriptions and try open ea play and i cannot they say Something went wrong its same say also on PlayStation plus.

What to do i dont wana take me money for one month a wana cancel.

Hi there @Zekssssy,

You can cancel any memberships from the PlayStation website as well, have you tried that or are you getting errors there as well?

@EA_Solaire Thank you i connect to my pc and i find its so hard but i find.
I cancel subscription for now.
